The whole experience was delightful and I have already recommended it to all my friends and family
for next year.

The cruise was great! The crew were personable and very helpful. Food was good also. I would recommend it to anyone. There was a little confusion as to which line to go in, and the cashiers couldn't tell us where the boat was.

What a delightful day from start to finish! Boarded quickly to sparkling clean boat! Greeted by very friendly staff! Had breakfast with a touch of elegance on white cloth-covered tables! Beautiful narrated ride up the Hudson! Real fun time on Bear Mountain at the Octoberfest! Great ride home! It was worth every penny! Many thanks!

We loved the scenery, and being on the boat was a very nice experience, except for one thing - the folding chairs were darn uncomfortable! They could use replacing or even having a cushion on top. Everything else was lovely.

The trip up the river and back was really nice, but I wish there had been buses to take us up the mountain. We were given the impression that there would be, so my Mom had to stay on the boat. My Mom is 82 and not in good health. She is from New York and this was her first time back in sixty years. She wanted to see the fall leaves more than anything. So, except for not having buses, it was a very nice trip and every one was really friendly. One of the staff was really kind and brought her a cold drink and asked if there was anything else they could do for her, they checked on her a lot and that made me feel good knowing I left her in such good hands. And that makes up for the buses.

The boat ride is great, but there is not nearly enough time to enjoy the Oktoberfest...at least one additional hour would be great.

We truly enjoyed ourselves. A few ways to improve: Don't "require" people to be there at 7:45 if you have no windows open to exchange tickets and we don't board until 8:45. Also, more time at Bear Mountain. Maybe invest a bit in a dock so that you can ensure we can get off there. Going 45 minutes north up to West Point is nice, but not on the itinerary. If we wanted to do that, we would have. We were meeting people at Bear Mountain, and they had to wait over an hour for us. If your weekly cruises are consistently not able to dock - fix it. Thanks.

The cruise was great but before was horrible. We were told to arrive at 7 AM. We were there but nothing was open. There is no waiting room. (Even the ferry has a waiting room!) It was a very chilly, very windy morning and all the passengers were trying to huddle somewhere to be out of the wind. So, all in all, the pre-cruise experience stunk but the cruise was fine.
