Must have a valid photo ID (i.e. - Passport or Drivers License). Must check in all bags with security or lockers are available for rent. (We recommend you leave your personal items at your hotel for safekeeping.) No handbags, carry-ons, backpacks or personal items will be allowed on the flight. No cell phones are allowed on the flight. No keys, no lighters & no matches will be allowed on the flight. Must walk through a metal detector. Personal cameras and video cameras are allowed onboard once they clear through security.Disposable cameras are available for purchase at heliport and are allowed onboard the aircraft in flight.

My only complaint was that the weather was a little hazy. Therefore, some of the pictures I took didn't come out as clear as I hoped. Other than that, I enjoyed the trip very much. We had a very friendly pilot who was constantly explaining the view to us. It was my first helicopter ride and it was much smoother than I was led to expect. Next time I want to do a longer trip. Thanks.

This was the highlight of our stay in New York. The staff were friendly and very competent, whether serving behind the counters, checking bookings or flying the helicopters and providing a high level of service. The cost of this tour was wiped out by the wonderful memory that it has given to our family which will last into the future. We will recommend this to all our friends who are visiting the city.

This package was amazing, would recommend. You won't beat the view over Manhattan. We did Top Of the Rock, and Empire State. This is twice as good, however, the only thing I wasn't 100% happy with was my headphones in the chopper. They weren't working properly so the pilot was hard to hear. Even the pilot said he'd been complaining for few days. Trust me though, this doesn't effect the event as you're concentrating on the views.

It was incredible, loved every minute of it. A perfect gift to give to a loved one. It was my girlfriends 23rd birthday and she loved it. The view of Manhattan and New Jersey was great with a friendly pilot telling you what you're looking at. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

You haven't seen New York until you take the helicopter tour. Spine-tingling it was, and it induced a full blown case of goose bumps for me. If you're a New York City fan, this tour takes on an extra special meaning! I enjoyed it so much, I'm going to do the night tour when I head back to New York. Worth every penny. My only regret is that I've never done this sooner. Manhattan by air... an experience in and of itself.

Never having been in a helicopter before, we were a bit nervous.
