Fantastic. Efficient and well organized. I was able to change the time and date of my tour and when I arrived early was allowed to take my tour then rather than wait. The trip was a good length and the pilot explained all the sights well. Definitely worth it.

Luckily we had a very clear day. We were asked to arrive 30 mins before, but the staff was not there until 15 minutes before, and we had to stand outside in street. The helicopter ride was fabulous, although it was difficult to hear the pilot's commentary. They were very thorough with safety procedures. I recommend this.

We really enjoyed the trip. I would rate it as a "must do". The pilot did point out places of interest during the flight. The only minus was the three extra charges levied at the heliport. As two of these charges were not optional we did feel these should have been charged "up front". Otherwise a really great trip.

This was one of the best things about our trip to New York and we highly recommend it. We walked there from 42nd street and ended up being a couple hours early but they got us on within 20 minutes. The pilot was great and explained everything we were seeing. 10 minutes doesn't sound very long but it was long enough for our first time. Everyone was very friendly. If there is one complaint, it would be that they didn't let us know until after we bought the tickets that there was an additional 30 dollar fee we had to pay when we got to the airport. As long as you know that though, we highly recommend it. Very Cool!!
