Description

Day 1:
Board our bus in New York City and head north to Niagara Falls. On the drive you will pass by the Delaware Gap that was created from the Middle Delaware River cutting through the mountain ridge. The next stop is at Watkins Glen State Park, the most famous of the Finger Lakes State Parks. Walk through Watkins Glen Canyon, which contains several small waterfalls, carved tunnels and sculpted walkways.

Continue on to Niagara Falls passing by Seneca Lake, which is the largest of the Finger Lakes. Upon arrival to the American side tour the American Falls. You will also visit Goat Island, which is a small uninhabited Island located in the middle of Niagara Falls. Tour the Three Sisters Islands, which are all connected by bridges to easily access each island for spectacular views of the rapids.

At night, tour the falls and experience the incredible colorful lighting on the waters.

Day 2:
See the falls up close from Horseshoe Falls, which is located mostly on the Canadian side. It is considered the most impressive of the three falls. Next, board the Maid of the Mist (May - October) which takes you into the basin of the magnificent Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Between November and April, tour the Scenic Tunnels which take you behind Niagara Falls for an up close look and where you can hear the incessant roaring thunder of the falls.

At noon our tour departs south to New York State, where on the way you can enjoy a shopping excursion at an outlet mall where you can buy brand name items for a bargain price. You will return to New York in the evening.
