Description
Depart from New York City and take our guided tour of our Nation's Capitol!
Pay a visit to President Obama and the Oval Office at Madam Tussauds Wax Museum. Browse the halls to see if you can find your favorite celebrity!
Next, it's off to Capitol Hill before some sightseeing at the monuments and memorials. At Capitol Hill you will see the Capitol, Senate and White House.
Then you will have time to explore the Air and Space Museum and the Lincoln, Washington, Korea and Vietnam Memorials. Enjoy a panoramic city tour before heading north to New York for an early evening arrival.
Please Note: This tour does not stop at Arlington Cemetery.
Due to security, there is no entry to the White House. Depending on the rules on the day, sometimes a stop can be made for photographs from outside the fence.

Really enjoyable day trip - would definitely recommend doing it. Margo was a terrific tour guide, really knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of sights fitted into the trip, and a very comfortable bus journey to and from Washington. GREAT value for money!

The trip with the bus was very long, but it was a great day - the weather was perfect and we saw everything, whats important in Washington.

The trip was a very long day; we had very little time at the attractions and it might to have been better to drop one visit to give more time at the others. The coach was old and cramped but the guide was cheerful and knew his history. You really need at least a whole day in DC to see all the museums.
