There are five of us who availed of this hop on hop off service and we loved every aspect of it. It was a very wonderful experience and I would willingly recommend hop on hop off, particularly Gray Line to my family and friends. We had experienced hop on hop off touring in other US states but the satisfcation that we got from Gray Line is just so beyond our expactation. The tour guides are fantastic, with the special mention of the Math Teacher tour guide. Sir, you are a wonderful tour guide! Kudos to you and to Gray Line!

A couple of times the buses did not have AC in the bottom deck, making it very hot and uncomfortable. Besides that, the bus tour was definitely worth the time and money!

We did the double decker tour on our first two days of vacation. It was a great way to get a general view of NYC! The only thing we didnt like was the expectation of tips every time we got on a new bus even if we only rode it for a block.

This is the way to see NYC. The staff is very helpful and informative. The Hop On - Hop Off aspect is easy to use. We had one tour guide that we didn't like, so we simply got off and then got back the next bus that came by. Be careful with the Statue of Liberty tickets. They don't include the Crown Entrance to the statue. You will need to book that on the US Park site. We took all the tours and loved them all.
