The whole thing was great; airline to Buffalo, transfer, organization. Nothing was rushed and the meal was great too; we expected an average buffet but were treated to an all you can eat on the 15th floor of a hotel with stunning views of the falls. The perfect weather helped things along also. It's a long day but you get to see so much. Good job!

Well organized and showed us everything. Just one problem - we flew JFK to Buffalo, but returned from Rochester. It is a long bus trip at the end of a long day to travel all that extra distance by road. The return flight should have been from Buffalo.
BUT my wife rates the whole day as one of the highlights of a 5 week round-the-world trip. She compares with our visit to Loch Ness in Scotland a few days earlier.
Thank you for a great day (we knew it would be a long day).

Sometimes a tour guide can make the difference and we had a fantastic lady. Having been on the Canadian side I thought this long day was well worth its money to see the American side. I also recommend a helicopter ride - not part of the package but a definite must!

Falls were everything we expected but more! All of the arrangements from hotel pick-up to return were extremely well-organized and we didn't have to worry about anything. Tour guide was excellent, informative, with all those "aside" facts too! Age range in our group was from 26 to nearly 80 and we were all catered to in viewing the sights. Highly recommend to anyone.

Even though we got stuck at the airport on our way home, due to bad weather in New York, this trip was a highlight of our holiday. Our tour guide was fantastic the entire day. She stuck around at the airport and was able to get everyone in our tour on the first flight that left Rochester.

The overall experience was excellent. Our transportation arrived on time, and was clean and comfortable. The sights are magnificent and our tour guide was quite knowledgeable. Pacing of activities was good, with ample comfort stops, and lunch buffet overlooking the falls was spectacular. Some suggestions: A lot of getting on and off the bus to view the falls from different vantage points, when the view really wasn't all that different. Also, it would have been nice to spend some time doing souvenir shopping at the "Maid of the Mist" store.
After experiencing this once in my life-time I would have enjoyed being able to procure books, pictures, etc. of what I had just seen. However, we were scurried through the on site shop so that we could be taken to several "tacky tourist" stops that are part of the tour company, and no doubt give kick-backs.

Excellent - well organized from being picked up at the hotel, airport check in etc. well organized. Our guide was great, really unique and knowledgeable. All in all, a day to remember. There was a delay at the airport coming back from Rochester to JFK, but even this was not a problem as it gave us the opportunity to meet our fellow travelers and ended the day with a social occasion.

We had a wonderful day! All the arrangements were first class from pick up at our NYC hotel, to being met at Buffalo to be returned to Rochester and picked up at JFK to be returned to our hotel.
Our guide (can't remember her name) was very knowledgeable about the area and did all she could to make our day special.
We cannot fault the day but it was very tiring!
