It was a perfect day. The guide was excellent+ and would love to have her on all our tours, no matter where we were. I caused a delay on re-entry into the U.S. because of a nuclear stress test that left a risidue of radiation in my system and your guide(company) worked it all out to where we made our plane connection, with only minutes to spare, but we made it.

Excellent trip with wonderful journey (inaugural flight to Niagara Falls Airport instead of Buffalo with Rainbow International - so met with TV camera crews, president of the airline etc) and a great guide, Leena, who was knowledgable, amusing and great fun and made sure that we were in the right places to get wet/get good photos/get our delicious lunch etc. We dont usually do organised tours, but this was excellent. One tiny gripe was that we neednt have been at the airport so early: long wait in really comfortable private part of the airport, but very smooth operation otherwise. Well done to everyone involved.

Excellent experience, we (mum and two teenage daughters) went to New York for a 4 night / 4 day whistle stop holiday and spent one of these days on the trip - it was worth every penny.
It was excellently organised, picked up from the hotel at 4am, and returned at 5.30pm. The staff were brilliant throughout and my only grouch was that we could have done with an extra couple of hours at the falls to enable us to explore a little on our own - or just sit and take in the view. The trip was a bit regimented in the amount of time you had at each location - so you did feel a little bit like school children on an organised trip - that said, Eduardo was absolutely amazing in keeping us to time and getting us to everywhere - he was full of interesting facts and info and stayed as cool as a cucumber when faced with a horrendous wait to get back through customs into the US - but we made it!

Our guide really contributed to the experience. The only aspect which can be improved is the food, but you can't expect that much from a buffet.

Had a great day - a hiccup when first booking our tour but everything after that with this company and tour to Niagara Falls was outstanding. It was organised and professional, not a thing missed including lovely lunch overlooking the falls. Our guide was excellent and made the day even better. Highly recommend this trip and this company.

Superb organisation and wonderful knowledgeable guide at Buffalo onwards to the falls. Magical lunch overlooking the falls themselves. Great ride on the Maid of the Mist. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. Thanks for a brilliant time!

All went like clockwork. The guide was great and did an excellent job.
One minor criticism and that was that my wife and I did not sit together on the plane on the way to Buffalo. Considering the number of tickets you buy with the airline I would expect them to allocate seats to couples/groups together. Other couples on our tour experienced the same issue in both directions.
Otherwise, it was well worth the visit.
